I won’t tell you who to be.
I’ll help you hear who you already are.

You might be here because something isn’t quite working anymore.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed, stuck in your own thinking, facing a change you didn’t expect, or trying to work out what you actually want beneath all the things you feel you should want.
You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or know exactly what needs to change. Coaching gives you space to slow things down, untangle what’s going on and hear your own thoughts more clearly, without judgement, pressure or someone else telling you what you should do.
I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck or at a crossroads, including neurodivergent and disabled people who may have spent years trying to make themselves fit into a world that doesn’t always fit them.
You already know far more about yourself than you think.
My job is to help you find your way back to that.

Grounded, Curious, Non-judgemental
My approach is warm, grounded and curious. I’ll listen properly, ask questions, notice patterns and challenge the thinking that might be keeping you stuck.
There’s no judgement and no expectation that you should think, feel or do things a certain way. You don’t need to perform, have the right answers or even know where you want the conversation to go.
We start with you, wherever you are that day.
Overwhelm & Life Crossroads
For when there’s too much going on, something needs to change, or you’re not quite sure what you want next. A place to untangle your thinking, work out what matters and find your way forward.
Neurodivergence
Coaching that works with your brain rather than asking you to work against it. Space to explore what works for you, what doesn’t, and what you actually need.
Disability & Chronic Illness
Space to think about the things that matter to you, with an understanding that disability or chronic illness may be part of the picture without needing to become the whole picture.

Finding Your Way Forward
Coaching gives you time to slow things down and explore what’s really going on. You don’t need to arrive knowing what you want to talk about or where you want to end up. We start with what’s there.
I’ll ask questions, reflect back what I’m hearing and challenge some of the thinking that might be keeping you stuck. We can explore patterns, assumptions and different perspectives without me telling you what the answer should be.
Coaching can bring clarity. It can open up something you hadn’t considered before, shift your perspective or help you see what you already knew differently. What comes next is yours to decide, and we can explore what that might look like in a way that actually works for you.

About Jessica.....
I came to coaching through a slightly winding route.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, including working in senior and leadership roles. Supporting people through difficult, emotional and sometimes overwhelming situations has been part of my working life for a long time, although these days there are considerably fewer Labradors involved.
After having my children, I moved into supporting disabled and neurodivergent academics, helping people navigate work, overwhelm and systems that weren't always designed with them in mind.
My personal life has shaped my work too. I have lived experience of neurodivergence and disability, as well as loss and trauma, and I'm a parent to a neurodivergent child.
Through my own experiences, and through supporting other people, I've seen how easily discrimination, exclusion and the expectations placed on us can start to affect what we believe about ourselves.
That's a big part of why I became a coach.
I believe we often know far more than we think we do. The stories we tell ourselves about who we are, what we're capable of and what we're supposed to be doing can become incredibly powerful, particularly when some of those stories have been reinforced by other people or by our experiences.
Coaching gives us somewhere to get curious about those stories. To question what is actually true, notice what might be holding you back and make space for different possibilities.
I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I'm here to help you recognise your own strengths, challenge the thinking that gets in your way and work out what moving forward looks like for you.
